Rustic lake cabin on Lake Dale Hollow in Byrdstown, TN. Growing up in Indiana we would always visit Lake Dale Hollow in the Summer and I always wanted a lake front house. This might not be a lake front property but it is close to three marinas, has a game room, and hot tub coming soon!

French inspired studio apartment in my 3x unit multi-family house in Laramie, Wyoming. After years of neglect from a previous tenant, this studio needed much TLC and beautiful art work to make it shine. With a lot of love and a creative mind, this is my favorite remodel to date!

Bohemian inspired two bedroom one bath apartment in my 3x unit multi-family house in Laramie, Wyoming. I stripped back the years of laminate and sub floors to reveal the beautiful 1900 hardwood floors. The original hardwood floors give this boho apartment an inviting rustic look!
