Love The Pain
People who know Love The Pain (LTP) probably were introduced to it the same way I was, by Ellie Salthouse’s Instagram and her wild racing kits. In 2018 I raced Kona for the first time and had a decent racing year so at the end of the year I decided to apply for some ambassador programs. I must have applied for four or five triathlon clothing ambassador programs and I was turned down by all of them except LTP. On all the applications, except for LTP, I was asked for my recent race results and how many Instagram followers I had. At the time I had 200 followers yet I had a good racing year… I am pretty sure I got turned down by all other ambassador programs due to the lack of Instagram followers I had. I got accepted to be part of the LTP ambassador program and I will always be grateful for them taking me onboard.
I have tried many LTP clothing, cycling kits, sports bras, triathlon suits, pants, sorts, etc. etc. I like them all. I like the brightness of their cloths. I like wearing bright colors when I cycle for safety reasons and I feel as if LTP easy checks that box. My favorite items from LTP have been their triathlon race kits. I don’t chafe, they are comfortable and cool, and they have plenty of pockets for all of my Ironman nutrition. My second favorite items from LTP are their sports bras with pockets! Yes, pockets!! More pockets to stuff full of nutrition in an Ironman. Overall, LTP has good, funky, clothing made in the USA. When ordering just be aware that clothing is made to order and they do not have inventory, therefore, shipping can be longer than normal as stated on their website.
