Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingedients:

  • 3 cups GF Flour. I used oat flour

  • 2 servings arbonne protein

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 1/3 C almond butter

  • 1 C vegan chocolate chips

  • 1/2 C coconut oil

  • 1/2 C maple syrup

  • 2 TBLS vanilla

  • 1 chia egg

  • 1 flax egg

Ingedients:

  • Roll dough into little balls then flatten them out like saucers. (This helps the cookies stay dense and hold up in your bento box on the bike!)

  • Bake @ 350F for 15-20 mins .

  • Enjoy!!!
