Chocolate Chip Cookies

All the people that know me REALLY well and have known me since I was a little whipper snapper know that my first love was baking! I started baking, around 8 years old, years before I started athletics!
Here is a recipe of my tastiest yet versions of a “healthy” chocolate chip cookie. Perfect for bike rides, airplane snacks, or hiding in the freezer and not telling anyone they are in there.
